All the staff is super and is engaged to make your stay fantastic! The rooms here are wonderful and beautiful with patio.

It is a reasonably priced and newly remodelled hotel with very cozy view of downtown. The room is functional and family-friendly, the staff are very amiable people at the reception desk.

I was offered a room with very cozy views of the mountains. The location was good and decent, close to the centre of Vancouver, in the downtown area. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to American Cheese Steak to relax and grab some food.

The large bathroom and great modern and family-friendly room. Good location for Vancouver, really close to Vancouver as well as waterfront and many restaurants. Also, within walking distance of Yaletown neighborhood:)))

Quite dirty area.

Travelled with my family members, spent 4 nights here and had a very good stay. The staff was really friendly, very good service. The hotel's location was fantastic, short walk to city center, and Granville island, Stanley park, Rogers arena, Gastown and heaps of restaurants.

Ideal reasonably clean property, it has really friendly and super-friendly staff on the check-out after five day stay. A good restaurant for breakfast is available...

Only thing great about this hotel is the location.

They had no record of our reservation. The front desk lady was rude and kept telling me there is a minimum 2 night stay and to make sure we keep it down. All in all didnt like the customer service at this hotel very rude and not organized what so ever.

This hotel is convivially located in the downtown area, close to everything. The rooms are in good condition and provide cooking facilities, which was perfect for our needs as we wanted to have our own space. Additionally, the rooms offer great views and the breakfast provided was plentiful.

Tidy, clean, comfortable rooms with good facilities. Pool/jacuzzi/gym. Efficient, friendly service. Having stayed at Rosellen Suites and Suites on Georgia, this was easily our favorite. Rosellen was a grubby dump by comparison! Nothing wrong with SoG but LH&S is a proper hotel with daily room servicing and Continental (cold) Breakfast, unlike SoG. Secure parking. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. And they offer 2 bedroom suites with sofabed which is handy if you have a family of 5 or 6.

No proper curtains in the lounge, so Sofabed users are woken by the light. But the 2-bed suite sleeps a family of up to 6, so it's a small price to pay.
